“My goal is to be collaborative, supportive, value-focused, and directed toward goals we agree on. You and I will work together to determine the biggest impediments to living the life you want to live, and together we will come up with the best course of action to help you. Each treatment is tailored to each client, so I focus on getting to know you and how you want to live your life, and what is stopping you. We will use evidence-based, scientifically-valid techniques that are demonstrated to work for people like you to help you build the skills, understanding, and values to help you live a life worth living. Together, we will focus on understanding what you value, how to best live that out in your life, and how to build resilience and flexibility to deal with what life throws at all of us.”
