Job Description

Healing Path Psychology is seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or psychologist) to provide psychotherapy to adults in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our practice focuses on treating problems that respond well to behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapies, especially PTSD, substance use disorders, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, OCD, mood disorders and insomnia. We are passionate about providing high quality, evidence-based treatments with compassionate, individualized care and provide professional development opportunities.

We are seeking caring, growth-oriented clinicians who value peer consultation and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have previous training or a desire to develop skills in CBT, Motivational Enhancement Strategies, Harm Reduction, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, EMDR or other cognitive-behavioral therapies. We will support you in completing training and certification in one of the aforementioned techniques.

We keep administrative tasks to a minimum so you can focus on the important work of therapy! Our intuitive, easy to use online scheduling and documentation system keeps paperwork to a minimum, and a steady stream of new referrals allows us to keep clinicians’ caseloads full. Our EHR offers fully integrated, easy-to-use telehealth options.

Our offices are located in the heart of Bethlehem across from Moravian University, near parks, restaurants and historic Main Street, as well as in Allentown across from Cali Burrito with a view of scenic Cedar Beach.

Qualifications
– Must hold a valid license as a psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)

Preferred
– Experience in outpatient counseling
– Ability to work with diverse populations
– Knowledge of PTSD and experience with prolonged exposure therapy, cognitive processing therapy or EMDR
– Experience with substance use disorders
