“My overall approach to counseling is client-centered, goal-oriented and strengths-based. I strive to make clients feel welcomed, supported, and dignified through providing genuine empathic support and having a down to earth approach, including a sense of humor whenever possible.

I am passionate about empowering clients to make useful changes in their lives. I provide a path to those changes through various therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and relaxation methods. Additionally, through my many years of experience, I can swiftly establish trusting therapeutic relationships that are essential to successful psychotherapy outcomes.

By working together, prosperous change can occur by improving mental health, addressing relationship issues, and adjusting to life’s challenges. My greatest joy of being a counselor is seeing clients grow and make beneficial
changes in their lives.”
