Many of our clinicians also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples in conflict, and clients navigating career burnout, parenting stress, or chronic illness. We take pride in offering inclusive, culturally sensitive care that honors each client’s background, values, and lived experience.
Healing Path Psychology is grounded in the use of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. Some of our therapists are trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Treatment is always tailored to the individual, and we take time to understand what matters most to you — your goals, your struggles, and the changes you hope to make.
We understand that searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming. Our website is designed to make that process easier.
