Cheryl Seybolt, MSW, LCSW
Cheryl has over 20 years of experience working with adults, couples, families, children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, drug and alcohol problems, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and self-esteem issues. She primarily relies on cognitive-behavioral strategies and evidence-based techniques to help build skills and resolve mental health problems. Cheryl has a warm, personable way of relating to others and approaches therapy with a sense of compassion.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              After completing her bachelor’s degree from DeSales University, she earned her master of social work degree from Marywood University in 1999. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been working exclusively in outpatient psychotherapy for the past several years. Cheryl has worked in many clinical settings, including outpatient mental health, case management, hospice care, partial hospitalization programs, inpatient mental health and drug and alcohol settings. She has strong empathy and advocacy skills and will work with you to help develop coping strategies and find solutions to improve your overall mental health and well-being.
