Brendan Barca, M.A., LPC
Brendan provides therapy to clients with a myriad of different backgrounds, issues, and lives. Anyone who is willing to take a look inward at themselves and is ready to make positive changes in their life will be a good fit, especially those suffering symptoms related to anxiety, ADHD, or addictions. He specializes in helping clients cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives, reconnecting them with their bodies, thoughts, and emotions. Brendan focuses on building a strong and supportive working relationship and creating a space to learn and understand you fully. Through grounding techniques, breath work, and thought exercises, he helps clients develop clarity in their lives so they may see through unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Brendan is a licensed professional counselor and holds a master of arts degree in counseling psychology from the Delaware Valley University. Brendan has had a diversity of clinical experience. He began his career providing outpatient therapy during his internship at Villanova University to students struggling with drug and alcohol problems.
