My approach to therapy is strengths-based and holistic. When working with a client I consider multiple aspects of their life. Using a whole-person approach provides the space to understand how different elements may be impacting a client, both as strengths and areas of growth. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic foundation to help clients feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to build trust and confidence during counseling sessions. I see my role as to guide and support as you intentionally move toward your goals. I believe we all have the skills needed to find our purpose, and I can help along the way.”
